TNT TV update issue Inov Tech motorhome

I have this issue and I have new channels but my problem is that it shows me a black screen and gives me a message "unsupported video type." Can you tell me if it's possible to watch the new channels?
PS: I have a VD TECH TV.

Here are the 4 prerequisites that must be met in order to benefit from the 6 new HD channels via terrestrial television (T = Terrestrial = DVB-T standard), totaling 25 free-to-air national channels

- be within the coverage area (service) of a TV transmitter or relay equipped with multiplex R1 to R8, noting that some regions are only concerned with R1 to R6. This first condition applies to fixed residential reception or portable TV.

- therefore have the 8 usable TNT carriers (level, BER, purity = no interference, attention to 4G LTE 800 MHz, but not only the GSM UMTS band...) produced by a personal UHF outdoor aerial, channels 21/60, standardized (indoor UHF antenna and portable TV = no guarantee) or be connected to a collective aerial, this common installation in the building must be up to standard = adapted to the frequency plan, filtering. If there are missing channels at the arrival socket, contact the manager, syndic, HLM, co-ownership, property owner... Do not intervene on the installation.

If there are missing channels via the antenna cable service without subscription or paid bouquet (e.g. cable network Numericable, etc.), contact your cable operator. Do not intervene on the installation.

If there is a personal external UHF aerial, generally on the roof (for 1 TV, or several TVs via a splitter, sometimes assisted by an amplifier or preamplifier), contact the antenna technician of your choice, or check your private installation, or modify it to meet the latest standards in effect since 2012.

- have a television with an integrated "Mpeg 4" tuner (all TVs marketed since December 2012 are required by law, and those equal to or larger than 66 cm since December 2009) or, if only a TV with an Mpeg 2 tuner, add an external adapter or a recorder, still Mpeg 4. A television labeled "HD" does not guarantee anything... Be sure to check this point, as it may not be a reception (installation) issue.

- have programmed the television or compatible adapter or recorder correctly (see the section "channel search and storage" in the manual related to the model)

In case of partial or total non-access to French TNT (black screen, regardless of one or more channels), see the solution TV Digital Satellite (HD DVB-S2/Mpeg 4 decoder) "Fransat" and satellite dish pointed at Eutelsat 5WA at 5°W, which is the only alternative recognized by the CSA (details in the "Satellite" forum section).

I have an INOV TECH 472590 television in my motorhome, a manual ALDEN satellite dish, and an HD decoder. Is my television capable of receiving HD?
