Actually, here it is, I have a friend who dropped her Archos violently on the ground. After that, she noticed cracks on the screen but not only that. When she turned on the phone, there were vertical lines in white, green, and yellow. In addition to the broken screen, the touch function had also given up. So it was impossible to do anything with the screen.
I then suggested she go get the screen repaired, which she did. The guy changed the screen for her, the touch function was fixed and there were no more vertical lines on the screen. But then, just 2 days later, the lines reappeared and this time you couldn't even see the content of the screen anymore. She asked the person who repaired the screen and he said he didn't know where the problem came from.
Is it due to the fall? Is it possible to repair it? She really needs help, thank you in advance.
Note: she no longer has a warranty.
