Hello.
Because it is "offset." A term used by repairers. And this is often due to a worn (plastic) part. Besides changing this part, which must be known, the recalibration is a rather complex procedure. There are several adjustments to be made at the same time for this recalibration. Personally, I can only advise you to see a technician repairer who is the only one authorized to do it because doing it yourself... hello the damage if the calibration is mispositioned.
