Good evening
I’m looking for some help.
Here is my problem:
I have an ACER Aspire V15 VN7-571G laptop.
I can’t connect it to my SFR Fibre BOX via a wired Ethernet cable.
I’ve tried several cables, the same issue occurs: it detects the network (I disconnect Wi‑Fi beforehand), but nothing passes, no internet connection, no webpage opens.
If I try the same Ethernet cables on other computers (PC or MAC), the connection works very well.
The internal network card seems up to date.
Can you help me? Is it a hardware issue? is it a problem that can be fixed without taking it to a store?
Looking forward to your response, thank you for reading me.
