Outgoing calls prohibited

Hello,

I just acquired a Galaxy A5 2017 that was set up in the Orange store at acquisition. I am a new Orange subscriber. The mobile was functioning without issues, but yesterday I was unable to make calls, although I could receive them. Apparently, I haven't changed any settings, I am up to date with my bills, the network is fine, I haven't exhausted my rights (unlimited with an Open fiber 20 GB plan), but I can't call Orange support for assistance, as I have no other line available. I am 700 km away from home for another 2 weeks. The Orange store is 80 km round trip, and I am reluctant to go there.

What do you advise me to do to troubleshoot myself, please? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
    Try this:
    Open the Phone app and then press the phone’s Menu button → Call settings → Additional settings → Call restriction.
    (All outgoing calls: blocks outgoing calls. The user can only receive calls.)
    Otherwise, I’m afraid you’ll have to go to an Orange store...
