Epson SX525wd Scanner Issue

Hello,
I recently have a network problem with my Epson Stylus SX 525WD; the printer works perfectly but the scanner no longer does: in the configuration cartridge, I added two more IP addresses, but in the tests, I get the following message: communication with the scanner is impossible!
Moreover, in the scanner's network address: EPSON6CFFDO: not located!

    Hi,
    use your USB scanner, it will be better.
    Did it work on Wi-Fi?
    and ... There you go!

      Yes, it worked perfectly on Wi-Fi until recently.

      but maybe HP has a specific utility for this.
      In any case, it's not the system that allows it. Can you specify what you are using?
