Hello,
When I try to open any doc file, I get an error message like this:
Sorry… It seems that this page is damaged; it needs to be repaired.
I click OK and the files open without any problem.
The same happens when I open winword.exe from its location in Program files.
However, when opening Word with the command winword.exe /a, it starts normally.
Do you have any idea how to get rid of this error message?
Which page is damaged?
The online repair didn’t resolve the issue.
I can’t open a Word document without getting this message first; then it’s fine.
