GTA V Orange Question Marks

Hello!
I've been playing GTA V for a little while and I've gotten stuck with Trevor; I couldn't select the other two characters. I didn't have any main missions, just the question marks, and when I went to them, the characters wouldn't move or do anything, they just kept chatting or repeating their monologues...

What should I do to access the missions??

    If you're on Steam, besides restarting a game, I don't see what else you could do; checking your game cache wouldn't work for the simple reason that your solo game is only on your computer, so Steam can't verify if there's a problem with your files.
