Unable to print in Firefox

Hello, when I want to print a page in Firefox, instead of getting the printer directly, for example: print; printer table; print; OK, it jumps to my documents directly; if I open this file in my documents and I request printing, this is what Microsoft Word tells me: Microsoft cannot open this file; some parts are missing or incorrect.
