My Dymo LetraTag won't print

I was in your situation. After trying several things, I found the solution.

The problem comes from the motor that comes loose from its position and no longer drives the ribbon.

You have to take everything apart (it's a bit of a tough job, but you can find tutorials on YouTube).

Once disassembled, you just need to reattach the motor to the wall, put everything back together, and you're good to go!

After several months of struggle, I was very surprised that my machine worked again!
