Incoming calls always appear on the screen

                              Especially when it's not there...

Thank you for this response, but I have already read and reread the notice you sent me;
what I would like is to erase from the screen "6 new calls" that remain displayed on the screen even though I have checked the list and the symbol of the person with a question mark has turned off since I consulted the call log; I cannot find the "delete" button and nowhere in the notice do I find this information in paragraphs 6, 6-1, and 6-2, nor elsewhere.

I would like to intervene, it's indeed a puzzle, but below is the "procedure to follow"

1 - Press OK MENU

2 - SCROLL down to JOURNAL

3 - PRESS OK again

4 - Scroll down to DELETE

5 - Either Delete the call

6 - Or DELETE ALL.

7 - OK, the list will be empty.
