Keyboard blocking with alt gr @ Solved

Question

Hello,

The keyboard gets stuck after ALT GR + @, and it unlocks after sleep or restart.
Moreover, the / key on the numeric keypad outputs /! instead of /.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

I cleaned the keyboard, nothing

Battery Reset:
I inserted a paperclip into the hole and pressed for four seconds to reset the computer.

And, both issues ALT GR and / are working.
