IPhone and steering wheel controls (Fiat 500)

Hello,

in my girlfriend's Fiat 500, equipped with the Blue&Me system, when I plug MY iPhone into the vehicle's USB port to listen to music on Spotify, it is possible to change tracks using the controls on the steering wheel.

However, when we plug in HER iPhone, we cannot change tracks using the steering wheel controls...

Basically, for both iPhones, the car recognizes the phones, it starts the music correctly, but the steering wheel controls only work for one of them.

I suspect the problem comes from her iPhone, and I've compared the configurations in Settings but I can't find anything.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Or has any suggestions?

    Hello and thank you for your response!

    We have the same iPhone (iPhone SE) and the same iOS... The Fiat is recent (2015), I have indeed read quite a bit about Blue&Me but since one of the two iPhones works well with this system, I think the issue might be with the second iPhone, in terms of settings...

      Re, it's surprising that there is such a difference in functionality between two identical iPhones. For the "hands-free" function for calls (Bluetooth configuration), are both iPhones set up in the car radio?
