Badoo requires us to verify our profile with a photo.

Hello,

after 2 years of loyal service, Badoo is forcing me to verify my profile by sending them a photo or my ID card?

Question: by what right can they do this? Can I file a complaint?
What could I do if I don't want to?

Well, it's just that it's impossible to delete our account since we can't access it because our account is stuck on the "account verification" page where you must upload a photo. I did that, however, we also need to replicate a gesture to the webcam in order to confirm the authenticity of the profile picture, but Badoo indicates "none of your photos match the one you took to verify your profile." It doesn't even recognize my face, what the hell???? Just because the lighting makes my hair and eyes darker, seriously... So it's impossible to access our account to delete it. So what do we do????????

Yes, it's the same for me; I can't delete it even though I don't have access and my account is active. I'm receiving emails, but I can't open them. We need to find a solution quickly. This isn't normal!
