Hello,
I have a phone: Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 and I downloaded TouchWiz but I didn't know it would give me so many problems. That's why I'm asking for your help. Every time I wanted to go to the menu, it asked me to choose an app: either - TouchWiz home, - Simple TouchWiz home, or - Jelly Bean launcher. And I chose Simple TouchWiz home. I would like to return to the default home of my Samsung and remove these apps. If there are no solutions, I will reset my phone and back up the data with Smart Switch (which I would rather not do, or at least not reach that point). So please help me.
Thanks in advance

Hello
I don't see how you could have supposedly installed TouchWiz because TouchWiz belongs to Samsung, so you already had it.... To uninstall an app if you supposedly downloaded it, go to settings, applications, and uninstall the concerned app... Then, to remove your simplified mode, follow this tutorial... Be careful, scroll after 8 for the continuation...

I'm sorry for responding so late and thank you for your reply, but I realized that it was "me who was the problem" because I didn't understand how my phone worked. Now I know how it works.
Sorry again for making you "waste" your time and thank you!

TouchWiz is a user interface for mobile devices, known as a skin, developed by Samsung so you can't remove it. If it's a matter of a launcher that doesn't suit you, there are plenty available on the Play Store.
