Hello, since an update on my Samsung Galaxy S4, I can no longer add Widgets: when I long press on a widget, I get the message "TouchWiz home has stopped"...

      Thank you for your response. I saved my photos on Dropbox, but for the rest, before resetting, should I remove the SD card (on which I have my contacts)?
