Recover applications saved on my SD card

Hello,
I bought a new phone (Galaxy S4 mini) and I want to recover some games (and the progression that goes with it!) and apps that I previously backed up on my SD card with my old phone (Xperia E1)
The problem is, I can't find my backups (even with Astro, ES File Explorer, My Files, etc.) when I go into the SD Android/data folders on my SD card, there’s nothing... yet my backups are definitely there!
As a result: I have to restart my games from the beginning and redownload all my apps :/
Do you know any solutions??

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

    Hello dju,

The games you have saved on your SD card are only available on your Xperia because it has saved some files from your games on the SD card, but you can still recover your progress through Google Play Games and your Google account.
However, if you haven't made any backups, some games may offer you the option to link a new device, or you can still try to connect to Google Play on your Xperia with the SD card to link your progress with Google.

    Best regards,

Thank you for your response, but the game in question does not link my progress with a Google Play account :/
There must be a way to recover these backups if they are on my SD card...

        Hello

No, and for the simple reason that your backups were linked to the path of your applications that were on your Sony, whereas now you are changing phones completely and the PATH OF YOUR APPLICATIONS linked to your microSD is no longer the same at all.. it's a mistake to back up on a microSD a progression except on the same phone.... there are applications on the Play Store to back up to the cloud like CM Backup, Titanium Backup, or others, and moreover, some can be linked to your Google or Facebook account, etc.... so it's too late.
