Chacon WiFi Socket

Hello,
I bought a Chacon plug at Cora, but I'm unable to get it recognized; it always shows errors. I contacted Chacon and they told me it's defective, so I exchanged it but the same thing happens; it doesn't connect to the Wi-Fi.
I have entered my Free credentials correctly!
Thank you for your help if you have purchased this and it works

    Hello

    I have 2 Chacon sockets Ref 53010 that work perfectly.
    I had issues with a socket reference 53012.
