Hello,
For the past few months, my HP printer has started producing double characters when printing certain files. This seems to only happen with letters printed in black and when using a PDF file.
I have changed the black ink cartridge with no result. I have tried various cleaning attempts with the HP software, also without any results. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the printer twice, used updates, but it still doesn't work.
The most curious thing is that the printing is almost always normal when the file is opened in Chrome, but when I use the PDF software, it prints the letters with a shadow. The same happens when I copy a file written as an image in Word: it prints the characters double, while it prints normally the characters directly typed in Word.
Do you have any tips to solve this problem?
Thank you very much!
