Samsung Soundbar Issue "BT Music Splitter"

Hello everyone, after extensive searches on the forums, I still haven't found an answer, which is why I'm reaching out to you.

I purchased a Samsung HW-J355/ZF soundbar that I connected wirelessly to my Samsung TV 49KU6400.

However, for the past few days, a message has been appearing on the soundbar that says "BT MUSIC SPLITTE", and the source switches from TV to BT, and I am unable to reconnect the Samsung TV unless I unplug the soundbar... but the problem recurs a few seconds after reconnecting to the TV source (TV > Soundbar).

I have already tried resetting the soundbar by holding "play/pause" for 5 seconds. I have also tried factory resetting the TV.

Before contacting Samsung customer service, I would like to know if you have any ideas?

Weird that no one has had the problem.
I'm just bumping this up just in case, but otherwise I'll wait for other people in the same situation as me.
I wrote an email to Samsung describing my problem.
They should get back to me within 4 days.
I will post their response and/or the solution.

I want to clarify that this problem also occurs when using any other source (AUX, BT, etc...).

I just got back from chatting with customer support.
They couldn't find a solution...
And they're asking me to drop off the equipment at the nearest partner agency, which is over 80 km away for me...

I bought my product at Auchan, do you think I can bring it to them directly? Can they take care of it?
