TV remote control error

Hello,
I accidentally used a button on the TNT remote control for my television that I use to turn off the device. While my connection to the livebox was working fine, I now see the message "channel scan required": nothing from Orange TV anymore! I'm afraid I'll have to reinstall the TNT to reprogram the TV (HAIER) and redo the Orange connection. Oh no, HELP!

      Yes! Recently installed. It was working perfectly... But when I tried to turn the TV back on with the old remote, my fingers slipped on the buttons and I pressed an inappropriate one: the result is this message "requires channel scanning..." I first thought that unplugging the TV, then after failing ALL THE CONNECTIONS would be enough to get my orange program back. Not at all! I only have this horrible cartridge as a show! I tried to get the TV working by disconnecting it from the decoder box, thinking I could scan the channels that way but I get absolutely nothing, other than the frustrating response: "no channels" GRRRR! Should I call a repairman? The friend who installed the new cable and decoder removed the old connection. Does this explain it? Thank you!

    Yes, everything was working perfectly... My television was previously connected to the Livebox, but with the old cable before the decoder was installed. I had to connect to the collective antenna. Until then, I only had the TNT channels. My friend then installed the decoder with the new cable, and everything was working perfectly until my blunder last night... I DISCONNECTED EVERYTHING (Livebox, decoder)... then reconnected: nothing works. The television's operation without the decoder is now impossible. The old remote control works fine, but nothing is going right. Display on the screen when I tried "scanning" without the decoder: "no channels." Could the new antenna cable be incompatible with the collective antenna to which I tried to reconnect it to carry out this infamous "channel scan" that is impossible? No more television... My handyman friend went to celebrate the New Year with his family, and I find myself feeling foolish in front of my necessary "scan"! Thank you for the help!
