Turn off the TV and the box with the same remote.

Hello, I have an LG TV with a Nokia 8010 box. At first, everything worked well; I could turn off both the box and the TV with the same button, but for a while now, I can only choose to turn off the TV while leaving the box on. Do you know how I can sync the two?

    Hello,

    Check if the HDMI CEC function is enabled on the streaming box and the TV.

    On the box, go to Settings > TV Settings > HDMI CEC and enable it.

    On the TV, press the Settings button and go to All Settings > General > Devices > HDMI Settings > Simplink (HDMI-CEC) > Yes.

    This problem almost always arises from the deactivation or malfunction of HDMI-CEC, which allows the TV and the set-top box to turn on/off together.
