Hello everyone!
So, I dropped my bag with my tablet inside a week ago (it's a SmartTab EssentielB). When I turned on the screen right after, a quarter of the pixels at the top were gray. I tried the light flashes, but it didn't work.
So it was fine, I could still use my tablet since three-quarters of the screen were visible. But little by little, the dead pixels "gnawed" at the other pixels until all the pixels turned gray.
So now, it's more problematic: the tablet still works, the sound works, the apps work, but it's unusable. It's like using it with my eyes closed.
So I have the warranty, but before using it, I would like to recover the files. The thing is, I can only do that with a PC since the screen of my tablet doesn't work. I thought about screen sharing between the tablet and the computer, but as I said, I can't access my tablet's settings since I can't see anything.
So please,
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Hello.
Try connecting your tablet to your PC via a USB cable; if Windows recognizes the tablet, it will generally display it as a USB device, and you'll be able to explore it to copy your data to your PC, for example.-
Actually, normally, when I connected the tablet to the PC (with a USB cable), I had to select the USB options on my tablet, which was very difficult since the screen was out of order. I say "was" because some pixels have started to work again without me doing anything, but there is still a quarter of the pixels dead, and I think the others will soon die for good. So I think I’m going to back up as quickly as possible now that my screen has more or less recovered.
So thanks everyone!

Hello.
Have you tried connecting your tablet to your PC with the USB cable (if you have one)?
Best regards.
