LG TV - No module

Good evening,
This "no CI module" display is not normal and makes me think of a bug with your TV...;-(
Try unplugging it from the power socket, wait a quarter of an hour, and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (return to factory settings) but you'll have to redo all the installation and settings.

I receive TV via an antenna - I am in France in Seine-Maritime - I have been using this TV for several years and have always received all the channels well.

It is possible, depending on the weather, with your antenna at the limit of selectivity and a transmitter slightly weaker than the others, that you no longer receive it... but it should be temporary...

Or perhaps a construction has come between the relay and your house..??

The relay you refer to is a true National relay with power; are you sure you are served by that one...?? Because many people are actually on smaller local relays, funded by the region... and when there is a failure on those, it's talked about much less..

Your antenna may have taken on more oxidation... or may need a more precise orientation..??

TV CI+ tuner TNT: The Canal Ready CAM module is only necessary to decrypt Canal + via the external UHF rooftop antenna (e.g., a Trinappe) directed towards the transmitter, thus only for terrestrial TV.

If the CI+ television has built-in TNT and satellite tuners, a Viaccess Fransat CAM module is required, via a satellite dish aimed at Eutelsat 5WA...

Note: The TNT reception standard does not consider indoor TV antennas or antennas installed in attics or lofts, thus under the roof.

Because the missing channels correspond exactly as if a transponder had stopped working... It's the R1 transponder that isn't functioning.

We should also know the model of the LG television..??
