Headphones not charging anymore.

Hello,

It has been a few months, almost a year, since I bought the Beat Studio 2.0 Wireless headphones. Everything worked great until November when charging became more complicated. At first, I managed to charge my headphones by finding a good position for the cable, but after a few weeks that stopped working. So I found another charger compatible with my headphones and still nothing. I have tried resetting it several times, but nothing works. Do you have a solution to get it charged normally?

    Hi,

    You should always use the original charger even if you change it.

    For the Beats brand (very low quality), it's normal for it to run out quickly.

    It's probably the battery (low quality as well) that's dead, so it needs to be replaced.

    Since it's low quality, I'm not sure if it's possible.
