Hello,
My Sennheiser TR 4200 wireless headset with serial number 0520 is no longer working.
I've tried changing the frequency to the 3 positions and nothing works.
I attempted to use a different source other than my HIFI system, my PC, but it's the same.
There is no sound transmission on either of the wireless earbuds.
I can only hear a constant "shhh" followed by six beeps and then nothing.
It was working fine the day before.

The notice on page 14 (18 of the pdf) indicates regarding the sound signals:
6 x short No audio signal (transmitter not activated, range exceeded)
Automatic shutdown after approx. 3 minutes
Have you tried briefly pressing the central button of the transmitter
This button allows you to turn off the transmitter by pressing it for a long time (see notice on page 11 (15 of the pdf))

Thank you for your response, but I have already tried pressing the button for a long time with no effect..
Additionally, I also point out that the power indicator light does not turn on either (even though the equipment is powered on).
Hello, my TR 4200 headset, which I've been using since 2016, started picking up beeping sounds from my television. Even though it's not plugged in, I'm picking up radio broadcasts!!!!
A salesperson advised me to replace the jack cable. No results.
I rightly assumed that my audio jack output (TV) was faulty after constantly plugging and unplugging the cable. So I used the SCART output with an FPE connection in the OUTPUT audio position, red and white on the TV side and a male jack on the TR 4200 side.
Since then, everything has been working perfectly, and what's more, the sound comes out of both the television and the headset at the same time, unlike my original setup.
