Issue with Linkeo
Fafoun -
I decided to terminate the contract, but they did not respond. I hired a lawyer, and they quickly rushed to put together copy-paste content filled with mistakes on various blogs unrelated to my business. After more than a year of proceedings, this case is judged and despite all the evidence of their failings, the judge ruled that I had to pay them!!! So I will have to pay around €6000 to Linkeo and their financing company Fidel, even though I know very well that nothing will be done and that I won't hear from Linkeo again.
I would like to know if a collective has been created to defend us against these companies Linkeo and Fidel.
I intend to write to the prosecutor and the DGCCRF.
I look forward to hearing back from you, and I wish you a good day.

Hello,
We also fell for this company. During our conversation with the sales representative, we had requested a one-year trial, which was okay, they sent us the contract to sign, we didn't pay attention, and a few days later we were unpleasantly surprised to find a 48-month contract from a bank. Only for referencing. Our site was not created by them.
They were never able to reference us properly; their referencing went to teenage sites for online games. While we manufacture urban furniture for municipalities and communities. We terminated this contract, and now they are demanding €36,000 from us. We have put this case in the hands of a lawyer specializing in this type of conflict. - However, it would be good for all the people who have problems with this company to form a collective, because together we will be stronger. To be continued.

Hello Armakeup, I had pretty much the same big issue with LINKEO, their method is well-established and we are many pigeons!!!! It leads to believe that their lawyers cost them much less than creating and launching real websites. I shared my testimony in the aptly named topic "LINKEO scam" and I sincerely hope that a collective will be formed.
See you later

Flee, Promises of illegal activities, efficient phone call reminders, guaranteed visibility, flawless personalized follow-up... everything is designed to get you to sign a commitment that will only be revisited upwards and upon re-engagement. Don't be surprised if you receive invoices from another organization and struggle to request a cancellation that tacitly re-engages you due to lack of information. Reviews are rampant online in this regard if you have doubts... I'm not even talking about your domain name becoming their property until full payment and acceptance of the (unexplained) cancellation... Should I also mention the advisors who do not honor annual review appointments, several times? Or the ignorance of several months of bugs on the site that had disappeared without any commercial gesture? It's pointless to discuss with customer service or your advisor; the procedure is to cancel 3 months in advance with acknowledgment of receipt, this deadline being variable depending on the country of the contract... that, however, beyond your complaints, is sacred. One cannot say that the customer is truly king. The best option is simply not to commit. So flee!!! A collective is in progress to bring a legal claim through the Paris Bar.

Hello,
I am in the same situation as you, and after 3 years of legal battles, a judgment was pronounced against me on September 7, 2022! I owe them 36 months.
I definitely plan to appeal, but on my own, I feel quite helpless!
Is the collective you’re talking about still active? Which lawyer has taken on the case?
How many participants are there? Has the judgment already been pronounced?
Thank you for your help and information.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for the information regarding communication through the website.
Can you tell me about this collective? Is it ongoing?
Thank you.
