Indeed, your problem is important, contact Chronopost immediately to explain the situation.

It is clearly stated in their contract that in case of non-delivery, loss, or damage, they are responsible and you can request compensation:
7. LIABILITY
7.1 LOSS/DAMAGE
The liability of CHRONOPOST is engaged in the event of loss or material damage caused to the package during transport or non-delivery, except in cases of fault by the sender or recipient, force majeure, inherent vice of the item, or insufficient packaging, which are not limitatively cases of exemption.
If established, the liability of CHRONOPOST is engaged for the original value of the merchandise, the amount of its repair, or the direct costs of reconstructing the documents, up to a limit of 250 euros per package, and upon presentation of supporting documents.
However, the limit of indemnity for Chrono 18 and Chrono Classic services is set at 23 € per kilogram without exceeding 690 € per package.
In the event that the disputed package contains checks or credit cards, the liability of CHRONOPOST is only engaged for the direct costs of reconstructing the said checks or cards contained in the shipments, within the aforementioned limits. In no case shall the liability of CHRONOPOST be engaged for the nominal value of the checks contained in the shipments, the loss of cash flow related to a delay or loss occurring during transit, or the consequences of the rejection of checks due to late production or the unauthorized use of the contents.

If you paid with Paypal, they can also help you and generally side with customers and refund you quickly.
Otherwise, you should seek advice from your bank (the one with which you purchased the product). Also inform the seller.

Hello, I am also very disappointed; I have been waiting since 8 a.m. this morning for a very important package for me. It was supposed to be delivered by 10 a.m. At 10:02 I received a phone call that was supposed to be from the Chronopost delivery person, who hung up on me after a few seconds... I am unable to contact him again. I received an email saying that I was absent and that I supposedly agreed to be delivered on 02/06/14!!!???? It is SHAMEFUL to disregard customers, whoever they may be!! No professional conscience! I called Chronopost, and as a result, despite a service that handles emergencies, it was impossible to reach the delivery person and it's also impossible to have my package sent or retrieved before 02/06!! In short, I am in a mess, with no emergency solution, and all I can do is cry, thanks CHRONOPOST and especially to this useless delivery person, who would do well to change jobs!! It’s not nice, I agree, but I hope he will be severely punished.

For years I no longer want to ship packages with Chronoposte.
I have lost a lot with them numerous times. Deliveries to my home when I wasn't there and the delivery person forgot to leave a notice, so I didn’t have anything.
It was me trying to retrieve the package in Montpellier with round trips by car = 100 km from my little village. Package never arrived for an exhibition in London ten years ago. Very important merchandise for my clients visiting my booth.
I received the package 15 days after my London exhibition.

Reason, there was no phone number on the package.

Very funny when trying to have something delivered to a booth abroad.
Recently, I shipped samples of manufacturing in China.
15 days to arrive at the companies I am in contact with... When they say three days for international export. False advertising. 70 to 80 euros for 0.7 and 1kg. To be sure of arrival, the package must be sent by DHL (WELL ESTABLISHED IN CHINA) or with FEDEX (practically guaranteed days). It’s exorbitant for the price. 100 euros for 100g to 1kg.

exactly the same thing happened to me word for word today. No delivery notices or texts, just an incomprehensible voicemail, so I don't even know where to go to pick up my package.

I agree with you, Chronopost does a poor job and I can confirm that my package was never received... They sent it to someone else..... The package was also very urgent and expensive.... I am fed up with these people, their service, and their customer service which are useless!!!!!

Apparently, this company employs illiterates, probably paid with a slingshot, and they don’t know about GPS technology. How can we blame them for doing their job poorly?
But they are sawing off the branch on which they are sleeping. Good riddance, as soon as possible.

I should have read your comments before using Chronopost International's services. I sent very important and urgent documents, which is why I needed a fast service. The shipment has been stuck since December 20 (ten days now) at Miami airport. I hope the envelope will arrive at its destination today, as the kind person on the phone indicated to me. What's ironic is that a regular letter with the same destination that departed on the same day from France (December 18, 2014) has already arrived. Find the mistake.

Parcel picked up on March 27 in England, arrived in Montpellier on March 3 and it's normal certainly, rather than delivering it to me they returned the package to the sender.....................??? Why?: They don't understand; it's a mistake and they advise me to contact the supplier.........

It's normal, Chronopost subcontractors use independent delivery drivers who must be paid a minimum. It's common to see these drivers with personal cars; this has been the trend of service "uberization" for a long time. The result is a degraded service. Good luck.

Hello, I am waiting for a package from PSG that I purchased on June 26, 2017, and that should have been delivered to my PO Box since July 1, 2017. The Chronopost tracking number says my package has been delivered. I live in the USA. Since then, I have been calling the Chronopost customer service, but no one answers. I would like to know who delivers Chronopost packages in the USA, as I am still without any information about my package. What should I do in this case?

Hello, I have the same problem as you. I have a friend who lives in Moscow. I sent him a package on August 11th, and now it’s August 21st. They marked it as "client absent," which is not true, so it has not been delivered. They are big liars.
