Problem with meetic

Hello, here is my problem; I subscribed to a subscription on Meetic where I paid with my card, and I received an email confirming this registration. However, I was unable to access the site. I then called the site, and they told me that I am not registered, yet the charge has indeed been made from my bank account, and it has been deducted twice. I contacted the site again, but they persist in saying that I am not registered. In my determination to resolve the issue with them, I was hung up on by one of the advisors. Today, I still do not have a subscription and I don't know what to do. Thank you. Neferfaty
