Hello,
For several days now, when I launch Chrome, a blank page opens. I only have the logo at the top and bottom left, no option to go into settings, etc. I’ve tried several solutions but to no avail: running a scan with ZHP, then with Malwarebytes, Adw Cleaner, but nothing helps. I also attempted to uninstall and then reinstall it, but that did not solve the issue. I only have this issue with Google Chrome; Edge and Internet Explorer work fine.
Thanks for your help
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 51.0.2704.79

Hello,
If you have nothing to save:
Uninstall Google Chrome and reinstall it cleanly.
Control Panel
Folder Options
View tab
Check -> Show hidden files and folders
Apply and OK.
Then, Programs and Features
Uninstall -> Google Chrome
Restart the PC.
Then delete the folder google in this directory:
C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local
Next, go to C:\Program Files (x86)
Delete the folder Google Chrome
Delete the Google Chrome shortcuts on the desktop.
Reinstall it -> Google Chrome
