Many criteria come into play. The place where you live, because if it's in Roissy, it will be faster than if it's in Pau. If the package is in Roissy, there's a good chance that your package was ordered from abroad. So, there may be customs control beforehand.

In short, way too many criteria to tell you more.

Hello, I ordered poker chips from England on 07/01, they arrived in France on 09/01 Roissy and since then they have been there with no news... I am Belgian, I contacted the post office and they said they don't know. Should I be worried? Or is the delay one month? If my package is held up at customs, I assume I will receive a letter?

Please let me know what to do, hoping to receive it.

For my part, it’s the same thing: TREMBLAY IN FRANCE ROISSY PIAC -
it comes from Italy and there was supposed to be a one-week wait according to the sender's calculations, and now I am at 9 days of waiting.

A few weeks ago, a package worth €480 was outright stolen from me (it was supposed to be delivered by Chronopost to my home or to a relay point) and the day and time the package was received corresponds exactly to when I was at my workplace (so there’s a bunch of witnesses). The delivery person even signed my name with a spelling mistake, and it was delivered to a non-existent Chronopost Bercy Tolbiac.
Not a single email or text message to alert me that the package had arrived. Before, we signed on an electronic tablet, which left a trace; now they scan it themselves and hand over the package, it’s ridiculous. So nothing obliges them to come deliver a package that interests them, they scan from their delivery truck and that’s it, no accountability, freedom to help themselves without being caught, covered by a gang of criminals who make you believe over the phone that they are looking for the package with their investigation that will last 3 days, and that if they don’t find anything, they will refund the package. In the end, after 3 days, they tell you that the package is well and truly lost and that you need to call the sender to get a refund, an unbelievable scam.
Having called the sender, they are filing a complaint against Chronopost with all my information and alibis (incorrect addressee name, false/wrong delivery address, present at my workplace at the time of delivery).
To avoid the item being out of stock too quickly, I therefore ordered the same item for €480 because the refund for the first one would take several weeks. So this time I paid cash on delivery (you pay the delivery person in cash upon delivery) and there, like magic, it arrives. In the worst-case scenario, even if the package is stolen, you haven’t lost anything, except for time.

The package was sent on January 31, 2019, by the postal service of Luxembourg.

Hello

The mail left the Roissy International Mail Center at 4:30 PM on February 4th (Departure from outward Office of Exchange). After that, we lose track of it.. Not very normal.. As a result, it is impossible to predict a delivery date..

I am in the same situation as many people.
An LR from Italy is stuck at the international postal center in Tremblay in France Roissy PIAC since 07/02/2019.
Seeing nothing coming, I contacted the postal consumer service via the website
www.laposte.fr. (on 15/02/2019)
Click on "Quick access" (at the top left)
then in the middle column at the bottom "the post office supports you," click on "Help and contact"
then in the "Contact us" section, click on "Email"
then click on "the sending and receiving of my mail"
next indicate "a letter you are expecting or that you have received" then in the dropdown menu that appears, click on the first line
then indicate below "international mail"
then follow the prompts and fill in the fields that appear, it’s long but all the requested information allows the postal service to perform a search.
Once you have validated your request, you will receive a confirmation email of its receipt, 48 hours (business days, with the weekend it’s 4 days) you will receive a waiting email with a probable response date. Be careful; nothing is guaranteed. (I received a response indicating 22/02/2019 for a response and I am still waiting)

BUT if everyone takes this step, the post office will eventually be forced to investigate the causes of the dysfunction at the ONLY international sorting center in France.
and may find a solution.

BE CAREFUL; the website containing HUBB is not dependent on the post office; it is a private company with no connection to international mail

Thank you for finally posting a clearer message among the previous ones. I was ready to leave this forum in vain. I will do what you did, to see if I can get a response, knowing that my package has been stuck for two months despite contacting my package supplier every three weeks, who still doesn't understand why I haven't received it.

Pff, since January 16, 2019, my package arrived at Roissy, and there's no trace anymore... I'm waiting... it says pick up... it's stupid because it's a winter coat....

But just like that, I would tend to say that your package was under customs control, and that it is now back in the delivery process.
