Freebox remote control, unable to connect

I wish to contact a traveling technician because I need to know if I should replace the FREEBOX REVOLUTION or my television, as after a long conversation with FREE at 3244, I could not get an answer. Can you tell me how I should proceed? Thank you in advance. Sincerely.

    so here is a procedure hoping that the player is on
    check the status and direction of the batteries
    if ok
    press the tiny gray button behind the player near the ventilation grille. and follow the on-screen instructions

      The batteries are working. The player won't turn on. I pressed the small black button next to the ventilation grille, but nothing shows up.

      I changed the 3 batteries in the remote control.
      I don't understand "hard reset." Moreover, the Freebox does not turn on.

    If the Freebox (Freebox Server) is not on, that's not normal; you should check if it is properly plugged in electrically.
