Hello,
I just broke my Freebox remote and I would like to know if a universal remote would be suitable?

    You can buy it by logging into your Free account after identifying yourself in the "OPTIONAL FEATURES" section --> "buy accessories for your Freebox".

      No need to buy one. Just request assistance from Free by explaining that your remote control is faulty/broken... they will send you one via UPS to your home and the delivery person will make the exchange.

      The only issue is that it may take a few days for the delivery.

      Hi everyone

      the link that apnels provides is quite useful and the "gadget" is pretty well done,
      the thing to know about the remote control code is that it can be found in the free menu under settings all the way to the left, then on remote control and the code is supposed to be displayed in the last lines

    Je viens de casser ma télécommande de FREE, je voudrais en avoir une nouvelle. Comment je fais ? Car à chaque fois que j'en achète une, quand elle tombe par terre, elle se casse. Pouvez-vous me dire comment acheter une nouvelle télécommande, s'il vous plaît ? Je ne peux plus regarder la télé, elle est complètement déchiquetée, il y a tout qui s'en va !!!! S'il vous plaît, répondez le plus vite possible !!! Merci.
