Undelivered message then delivered

Hello,

I sent a message last night to someone and it was blue, so undelivered. I concluded that the person blocked me. I then called to check, and it rang once before going straight to voicemail. However, the message I sent last night that was undelivered has been delivered since this morning. What does that mean? Thanks.

Which person hasn't blocked you?

The phone could have been turned off, there could have been no signal... the reasons are vast and numerous.

The person blocked me because when I call, it rings once and then goes straight to voicemail. Moreover, the message I sent this morning hasn't been delivered either.

Anyway, if the person blocked you, they probably had their reasons, so that's that...
