Microsoft Solitaire Collection Bug

Hello,

On my mom's PC (Windows 10), the Microsoft Solitaire Collection game won't launch anymore. It opens, goes to the blue page that says Microsoft Solitaire Collection, and doesn't move. She only plays that, doesn't download anything, and mainly does browsing.
The problem happened by itself, out of the blue.

I tried what is mentioned on Microsoft.com, namely Windows Update, updating the game, drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing, etc... And nothing works..

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Mac OS X (10.12) / Firefox 50.0

    Hello,

    You can try these methods

    1/ Open the Start button
Scroll down to the letter X
Open Xbox (it takes a while to open)
Once opened, launch the Microsoft Solitaire game --> Play

2/ Follow this procedure with the Powershell command
I haven't tested it with version 1607 of Windows 10

3/ Lower the UAC level (not highly recommended) and give it a try
Right-click on the Start button --> Search
Type --> UAC then lower the level
    Sometimes a reboot is necessary

4/ Check the firewall, especially if it's integrated into antivirus software

5/ Check if Windows update is up to date

    Hello,

Tell me Kiwi, did you manage to let your Mom play cards?

-Another solution is to upgrade Windows 10 without losing files

    The procedure

keyboard keys Windows + i (or go through Settings)
    Update & Security
    Recovery --> Keep my files
    Duration approximately 20 minutes

PS: back up your important documents to an external device (USB key, for example) just in case

The second solution is to upgrade to version 1607 of Windows 10 if you haven't done it yet
