Hello,
a padlock has appeared on my messaging next to my email address on the envelope (at the top left of the screen) ----- what does this correspond to? -- should I remove it and how? -- this doesn’t seem to prevent the arrival of messages.
thank you for your response.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 50.0

Hello Philduss
Nothing serious
The padlock is to indicate a secure connection...

You need to check the incoming server settings in the connection security settings, called Server settings
For locked accounts, the following options have been selected:
Connection security: "SSL/TLS" or "none"
Authentication method: "Normal password"
For unlocked accounts, the following options have been selected:
Connection security: "STARTTLS, if available"
Authentication method: "Password, unencrypted transmission".
Have a nice end of the day
