Hello,
I just restarted my ReadyNAS_Duo, I reinstalled Raidar, but I can't read the content of my NAS hard drive. The error 0X80004002 appears when I double-click in Windows 10 Explorer.
I can access the NAS configuration, but not the information stored on the 2 hard drives. Can someone please guide me on how to fix this error in Windows 10?

    Hello

-Check that the corresponding services are activated by selecting Shares > Share Listing.
-You should also ensure that the default access to the share is set to Read-only or Read/Write.

Computing is just a tool, like a paintbrush or a pencil.
Avoid those so-called free repair software, etc.. they are of no major use. The best companions are Dos and Powershell..

Thank you Beber for your advice. Indeed, the default access was disabled. I changed the setting to read/write. However, this did not solve the problem. I still have some doubts about the NAS configuration; I'm not particularly skilled at it.
      Best regards

        Hello again

To view a list of shares on Windows, click on Browse in RAIDar
or enter //<hostname> or //<ip_address> in the address bar of Explorer (without the quotes). To find your NAS hostname, select Network > Global Settings. The default hostname is nas- followed by the last three hexadecimal values
        of the device's MAC address.
To access the share on Windows, specify the hostname followed by the share name in the Explorer address bar. For example: //<hostname>/backup
        (without the quotes)
        Best regards
