Hello,

I bought a slide scanner that came with an installation software called ninofilm. The problem is that it tells me my Windows 7 is not compatible. The "capture" taskbar listed in the manual is missing, and it doesn't recognize the serial number it asks for.
Can you help me, please???

    Hello,
    In principle, the software should be installed before connecting the device to the PC, is that what you did?
    Unplug the device from the PC, restart the computer, download, save and install CSFILMSCAN100.ZIP,

      thank you for your quick response... I had uninstalled it so I just reinstalled it using your method and it's still the same... Sniff!!! Do you have another solution?

      You resumed the installation with what I just suggested in the first response, the blue link to click to download the software?
      Put your CD aside and use the download, don't forget to restart the computer after unplugging the scanner.

      This is a compressed file (zip) from which you will need to extract an archive to install the software; we will come back to that, but first finish the download.
