Sound issue - Logitech Z506

Hello everyone!

I'm reaching out because my fabulous boss bought some amazing Logitech Z506 speakers that only produce sound from the two side speakers, the subwoofer, and the main speaker (the small horizontal one), while the other two speakers only produce very low sound and only emit certain tracks of the music played. (Sometimes, no track is played at all.)

The speakers are for a store that is on two levels (ground floor + basement). I've placed the three working speakers on the ground floor as the cables are short, and the two malfunctioning ones in the basement as the cable is longer. However, they either emit no sound or very little.

Would you know how to broadcast the same sound on each speaker, or do you have a third-party solution? (Please note that in my HD Realtek audio manager, only stereo is available).

Thank you in advance,

Valentin

    Hello and welcome,
    These speakers are a 5.1 pack
    Click on this blue link to learn more
    5 = 1 Left, 2 Center, 3 Right, 4 Rear left and 5 Rear right
    .1 = subwoofer
    The rear speakers only work with a 5.1 source, and it is normal that there is nothing or very little from a stereo source...;-(
