Logitech X210 subwoofer problem

Hello,
I have a problem with the subwoofer of the Logitech X210 speaker kit. It doesn’t work. Only the two speakers work. The subwoofer only vibrates a little. I tried it on another device, my iPod, and I still have the same problem! I need help!

    hello
    if there is a volume button behind the casing and it is turned up to the max, is it malfunctioning

    There is no volume button behind the subwoofer but apart from it this one isn’t turned up to the max...

    I found the user manual, no problem to plug it in. Open the volume box and check if it’s turned up all the way; if yes, that means it’s malfunctioning.
