Removal of "other providers"

On my last ORANGE bill, I see a line that has never appeared before, namely "total with other suppliers" for an amount of €15.37. To cancel, I went to http://annuairedestiers.orange.fr but without success. Could you please let me know the procedure to follow? Thank you in advance. Annie.
