    Generally, these files open with PowerPoint Viewer (Microsoft Office) or Libre Office, as well as Open Office, but Open Office is no longer supported for free; I suggest Libre Office.

    Avoid those so-called free software that claim to repair, etc.; they are of no major use. The best companions are DOS and PowerShell..
