How to stop seeing someone's profile picture on Facebook

Hello,
I would like to know if I could ensure that I can't see anything from a person anymore. Even though I have already blocked them, their profile picture still has a devastating effect on me and often appears when I search for people...
I should add that it is not possible for me to ignore their photos if they appear.

      This person has never been among my friends, to make it clearer, it's the profile picture of my ex's new boyfriend. And I have a few mutual friends with him...
      As for the psychological work, I've been doing everything I can for almost a year now, but all I manage to do is not think about it. And then BAM! I see his profile picture and it gives me electric shocks (I almost broke my computer several times because of the spasms it causes..)

      ah ok tough!

      I think you still have feelings for your ex to react like that. I’m sorry, I have no idea. Maybe finding a new girlfriend (or boyfriend) would solve the problem. But no technical solutions. Or you need to remove their friends from your friends.
