Hello,
I had to change my internet modem, and since then my Epson XP 225 printer no longer works with Wi-Fi (the only way to use it, no cable) is that normal? What should I do? Thank you for your advice
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 49.0

Hello,
As the internet Box/modem has changed, the WIFI network is not the same: the SSID and the connection key have changed. They are now those of the new BOX.
You need to check the printer’s documentation on how to reconnect the printer to the BOX (it controls the network (Ethernet/CABLE/WIFI); if it is turned off, nothing works).
You can probably use the WPS (WIFI Protected SETUP) protocol to avoid entering the SSID and the WIFI key/password (often very long and complicated to enter). Check the printer’s documentation and make sure the BOX has a WPS button like most recent BOXes (in fact all of them currently, plus yours is new).
If necessary, activate the WPS protocol on the INTERNET BOX control page (accessible via a TCP/IP address like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 to check in the BOX/modem documentation). Check in the BOX documentation if and how to enable WPS.
Happy reading of the documentation.
Best regards.
