Epson XP-2100 printer: "printer busy"???

Hello,

My Epson XP-2100 WIFI printer is no longer working, even though it was fine for the last 2 years!

I changed my cartridges as usual, and now, I can't get it to restart.

In the printer utility, the message is: printer busy!!!

I removed the cartridges and then put them back in; unplugged and replugged the power cable; turned everything off..... nothing works.

Can someone help me, it's urgent!!!! THANK YOU

    I found it!!!

    In settings, printer and scanner, right-click on the left column "Epson printer", reset the printer!!!!!

    And there you go, champion me, the 62-year-old!!!
