Blue Screen IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE

Hello,
for several weeks now my PC running Windows 10 has been freezing, showing a blue screen with an IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE error. This is happening more and more often and I'm this close to throwing it out the window... Could someone help me resolve this major issue?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 48.0

I ran sfc scannow and chkdsk. Nothing was detected, yet the operations were reset after 2 blue screens.
