Hello,

I have a big problem with my Photoshop CC 2015. My paint bucket and eyedropper tools are in "Material Deposit" mode, and they are impossible to use. There is a small symbol next to the tools, but despite the years I've spent on Photoshop, I have no idea what it could be...
I spent the day looking on all the forums without finding an answer, and I wouldn’t even know how to properly describe the problem I have.
So I hope for a bit of help, I am stuck without being able to use these tools...

    Hello

According to my research, the pipette and the paint pot "materials" are tools to be used with 3D.

I have never worked in 3D on Photoshop, all my "drawings" are in 2D.
How can I switch the tools back to normal then? (I have already tried resetting Photoshop, that didn't fix the problem..)

I solved my problem! :D While browsing through the menus without really paying attention, I noticed that in Window --> Workspace, the "3D" option was checked instead of the "default" one, and changing that completely fixed my issue! I must have activated it with a shortcut without meaning to :S
Anyway, thanks for your help Nehel :)
