Flash BIOS Toshiba L300

Hello everyone, I would like to flash the BIOS on my Toshiba Satellite L300. How do I do it, please?

    Hello,

    ATTENTION: The BIOS must be installed with precautions... if you make a small mistake it can render the machine unusable or, on some motherboards, cause a clear CMOS... in particular for the towers... For the procedure I always close all active applications like Skype and Firefox and I start the installation with both battery and plugged in; nothing should be touched! It all happens automatically!
