Hello,
I bought a wireless landline phone, the Alcatel F330 voice, but I can't access the call log which displays UNAVAILABLE. I did a test by calling from my mobile, the number shows up alternating with flashing UNAVAILABLE, and when I hang up and check the log, the number is not there; it still shows UNAVAILABLE. Can someone help me? My provider Numericable says they have done what is necessary for the numbers to display, and they direct me to ALCATEL, who in turn direct me back to my provider!!! HELP!!!
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 48.0

According to the manual on page 22
If your contact's phone number is not available, the indication "UNAVAILABLE" will appear on your handset's screen.
Have you allowed your operator to share your mobile number?
What is the setting for your call list?
Are "all calls" recorded or only "missed calls"?
