Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini that shuts down when I drop it or even when I don't place it gently enough on a table.
I think the problem comes from the fact that it fell into a swimming pool. Please respond to me, I was told to clean it from the inside with 70° alcohol, but I'm not sure about that.

it's hard to say where the problem comes from
battery issue, malfunction due to a component that took a hit?
what is obvious is that this type of device is not made to fall, nor to get wet...
and even cleaned, and well dried, the "humidity revealing" spots will remain activated, you won't fool any service technician..
